Hotel and Hostel Accommodation
NHG has been appointed to manage hotel and hostel accommodation for all COP15 participants, including delegations, IGOs, press, NGOs and others by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
NHG will record preferences and requirements for number and standard of rooms, periods, meeting rooms, social events, etc. Please note that NHG will only allocate rooms to participants officially nominated by the observer organizations admitted to the UNFCCC negotiation process. Distribution of rooms will be made by NHG in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Danish Security Service.
All participants nominated by the UNFCCC observer organizations are strongly encouraged to register through the NHG booking system. Transport and security will be provided during the conference based on these bookings. If participants make their own accommodation arrangements, they run the risk of excluding themselves from these arrangements.
Everyone who makes their reservations through NHG, will take part in the official transportation provided by the Danish host. The plan consists of public and private transportation. Should you wish to order extra buses, limousines or rent a car during the conference, NHG has a variety of suggestions and will be pleased to assist you.

Please note that your hotel rooms will be available for check-in after 15:00 hrs (3 pm).
Delegations and groups - submission of names
If you have not submitted the names of your delegates yet, we kindly recommend you to do so as soon as possible. This will enable the hotel(s) to provide you and your delegates with the best possible service upon check-in.
